The Trustees and Headteacher are looking to appoint a new Daycare Childcare Officer to be part of the highly committed team within our day care nursery, part of Whitburn Village School. The post is contracted andlsquo;all year roundandrsquo; and on a andlsquo;permanentandrsquo; basis.

Essential Criteria

Experience of working within a nursery setting

andbull;

The ability to work flexibly Monday- Friday between hours of 8am and 6pm

We wish to appoint a new member of staff who is committed to providing high quality childcare to our local community within a purpose-built nursery. The post holder will work as part of a team to provide high quality care and learning experiences for children to develop within the nursery and work in partnership with parents/carers and the wider community.

This is an exciting and challenging role that requires the post holder to possess a high standard of understanding the changing environment of childcare provision and ability to implement and support outstanding practice. The successful applicant will have a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. The full title and Awarding Body of your qualification certificate must meet with the DfE Guidance to allow you to work in an Early Years setting.
