Position: Children's Support Worker
Location: Must be flexible to work in our packages in Hastings, Hailsham, Bexhill-on-Sea, Pevensey
Contract Type: Part-time, flexible zero hours
Shifts: Various day shifts - weekdays & weekends
About the Role:
This role is to support our young clients with autism and challenging behaviour in their family homes and out in the community. You will be working across children's pacakges in the following locations: Hastings, Bexhill on Sea, Pevensey and Hailsham. Most of the packages are 2:1 (working alongside another support worker)
We require a driver with a car for this role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support the client with personal care, medication, and daily activities.
Supporting the clients with moving and handling
Provide guidance in managing challenging behaviors and build a trusting, positive rapport.
Take the client on exciting community outings
Work alongside another support worker during each shift for team-based support.

Competitive Pay: Up to £14 per hour (depending on experience)

Experience with autism and challenging behaviors (a plus, but not required).
