Summary
The Role
As Room Leader, you’ll guide your team and create a safe, inspiring environment where children can thrive. You’ll work closely with management to ensure high standards of care, learning, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the room, supporting and motivating your team.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS.
Support children with SEND and EAL.
Build strong, positive relationships with parents.
Maintain excellent safeguarding and health & safety standards.
Ensure smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping.
About You
Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification.
At least 2 years’ experience in an early years setting.
Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience.
Strong EYFS knowledge and organisational skills.
Positive, reliable, and a great communicator.
Passionate about outdoor learning and children’s wellbeing.
Requirements:

2 references, DBS check, safeguarding forms. Level 3 minimum in childcare.
