Summary
Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
Good standard of literacy and numeracy
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding
Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, professional attitude with flexibility and emotional resilience
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their individual learning journeys

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care and education to children 0-5, following the EYFS framework.
Create engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning journals.
Observe and record children's progress using digital learning journals.
Build warm, positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging involvement in their child's learning journey.
Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times-Indoors outdoors.
Support colleagues to up hold high standards of hygiene, health, and safety throughout the setting.
Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures with diligence and professionalism.
Work collaboratively a part of a supportive, enthusiastic team.
