We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (Education Non-Qualified) to support primary school pupils on a temporary basis.
Role: Teaching Assistants
Location: Caerphilly
Hours: 6 hours/ day
Start: ASAP – aiming to fill these roles by next week!
Your Responsibilities:
✅Support children with learning and inclusion needs
✅Assist teachers in creating a positive, engaging classroom environment
✅Promote independence, confidence, and social interaction
✅Respond flexibly to short-term demands
Requirements:
· NVQ Level 3 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent experience
· GCSE English & Maths (A–C) or equivalent
· Experience with children, including special educational needs (ASD, ADHD, S&L)
· Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
· Commitment to nurturing and inclusive education
