The role: The Senior Credit Controller will be responsible for assisting in the provision of an efficient and accurate Credit Control function whilst supporting colleagues and management to ensure that operational procedures are being followed.



Key Responsibilities:


Achieve personal and team targeted cash collections as set by the Credit Control and Billing Manager,
Monitor KPI’s / SLA’s set for the team and provide support to meet these performance requirements
Ensure all overdue aged debt balances are reviewed and regularly corresponded
Liaise with homes and Regional Directors to ensure that queries and outstanding issues are resolved promptly
Oversee and where required review debt balances across the credit control
To ensure customer reconciliations are regularly performed across all ledgers
Liaise with customers to resolve credit control queries and to ensure timely payment
Assist the Credit Control and Billing Manager in implementing procedure and systems improvements as required




What We're Looking For:


Educated to AAT or equivalent (qualified by experience considered)
Previous sales ledger and credit control knowledge
