Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and inspire the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education.
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment to support children’s development.
Oversee nursery operations, including staff schedules, budgets, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies.
Mentor staff, encouraging continuous professional development.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Lead inspections and maintain accurate records in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
Proven experience managing and inspiring a childcare team.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years best practices.
Valid enhanced DBS check.
Two satisfactory references.
Right to work in the UK.
