Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
Act as a key person, building secure and trusting relationships with children and their families.
Observe, assess, and record children’s development to support their individual learning journeys.
Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children at all times.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere.
Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold high standards of professional practice.
Support children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and transitions.
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
A genuine interest in early childhood development.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to use initiative, be flexible, and adapt to the needs of the setting.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding.
Personal Qualities
Warm, caring, and patient.
Reliable and responsible.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work under pressure and accept constructive feedback.
