Summary
We are seeking a Term Time only Nursery Manager. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognized early years qualification and have experience in nursery management or deputy nursery management.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is looking for an opportunity to lead a supportive team, a natural leader who is highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic and creative.
What a Nursery Manager needs:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
Proven leadership and management experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and SEND
Experience in staff supervision, training and performance management
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained.
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote children's development in line with early years frameworks.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and maintain accurate records.
Manage daily operations including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Provide training and support to staff to enhance their professional development.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
