We're currently seeking compassionate, resilient, and CPI-trained Support Workers to join our growing team in Liverpool. You will be working with adults with mental health challenges and complex behaviours in a supported living setting. If you are someone who can think on their feet, stay calm in challenging situations, and bring a person-centred approach to care, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role:
As a Support Worker, you will deliver tailored support to individuals with diverse needs. You will empower service users to live as independently as possible while maintaining their dignity and safety. Key duties include:
Employing proven de-escalation techniques to manage and reduce behaviours that challenge
Delivering personal care with sensitivity and respect
Supporting service users with daily living tasks
Administering medication independently and maintaining accurate records
Identifying and responding to behavioural triggers in a calm, professional manner
Providing one-to-one support during lone working shifts, following detailed care plans
Promoting independence and well-being at every opportunity
