We are excited to be recruiting a confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Brent. This varied and rewarding role combines whole-class teaching through PPA cover with classroom support across all key stages-perfect for an experienced practitioner with strong behaviour management skills and a positive presence in the classroom.
You will work closely with teachers and school leaders to provide high-quality support and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
