Our client, a leading childcare provider in Reading, Berkshire, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join their dynamic team. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about early years education and committed to providing exceptional care to children.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day activities within the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in your care. You will work closely with the nursery team to plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field, along with prior experience working in a nursery setting. You should have a genuine love for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. (Please do not apply if you are not Level 3 or Higher Qualified).

Key responsibilities of the Nursery Assistant role include:
- Assisting in planning and implementing a variety of educational activities and experiences that promote children's learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
