Summary

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape our product function while delivering impactful roadmaps aligned with the University's strategic objectives. You'll own a product portfolio, lead a team of Product Owners, and work closely with the Head of Product to establish consistent product management practices across the department. This role combines hands-on product ownership with coaching other Product Managers, building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to our evolving product-led operating model.
You'll need significant experience in agile product development, a proven track record of developing strategic product visions, and previous line management experience. We're seeking someone who can balance multiple product lines whilst championing user experience, facilitate cross-functional teams, and challenge traditional thinking to deliver value quickly and iteratively.
