McGinley Support Services is recruiting experienced 360 Excavator Operators for a major infrastructure project on the A57 in Manchester, starting in 2026. This is an exceptional long-term opportunity to work on one of the North West's key civil engineering schemes.

About the Role - 360 Excavator Operator Jobs Manchester

As a 360 Excavator Operator, you'll be working on a range of civil engineering and infrastructure activities, including:

  • Bulk earthworks and deep drainage operations

  • Trenching, grading, and excavation

  • Lifting and placing materials safely

  • Supporting utility and groundwork teams

  • Carrying out daily maintenance and safety checks on machinery

This role is ideal for skilled Plant Operators looking for long-term, stable work on a high-profile highways project.

Requirements:
  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Card (360 Excavator Tracked/Wheeled)

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

  • Proven experience operating 360 Excavators on major civils or infrastructure sites

  • Strong awareness of health and safety procedures on site
