Summary


The Head2Head team are looking for a band six clinician to join the team. We are a well established CAMHS Multi Disciplinary team who use an assertive outreach model to offer Mental health assessment and intervention to Young people who experience a range of mental health difficulty and are open to the Youth Justice Service.

Experiencing symptoms of Early Onset Psychosis/At risk mental state.

Have co-existing substance use needs.

Display Harmful Sexual behaviour.

To work as part of the Multi disciplinary team.

Work as a Care Coordinator to an identified caseload of young people.

To be able to skilfully engage young people and their families.

To be able to confidently and independently carry out mental health and risk assessments, devise plans of care and offer a range of interventions within a community setting.

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.

You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.

A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
