We are seeking a Product Manager to work on Data Enablement, a key part of DWP's Digital modernisation programme.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?


We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with proven expertise in creating and communicating product roadmaps, prioritising backlogs, and leading diverse teams effectively.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the Centric and Utilities teams, to ensure successful data transformation and migration.

In this role you'll be focused on Data Enablement, a critical part of DWP's digital modernisation programme. You will play a key role in migrating and transforming analytical tools from SAS 9.4 to SAS Viya, enabling modern, data-driven solutions that support government policy and improve citizens' lives.


You need strong decision-making skills, including the ability to make evidence-based choices at short notice and defend them confidently.

You'll work in an agile environment, balancing strategic priorities with flexibility to adapt to change. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity to shape products that impact millions of people and drive digital transformation at scale.

Location:
You'll join us in our brilliant digital hub in Blackpool.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home (40%) and some time collaborating face to face in a hub (60%).

Pay: We offer competitive pay for this role of up to £68,205.

Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, worth over £16,786 per year.

Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.

You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
