About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our Executive Assistant Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of Morley College London, providing essential support to the Senior Leadership Team and gaining significant exposure to C-Suite operations and College-wide processes.
This role is ideal for those who are new to leadership support administration and looking to enter the profession, as well as individuals returning to work following caring responsibilities, study, or a career break.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Assistant Team.
Assist with diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Support College events and Senior Leadership Team engagements.
Contribute to improving internal communication and administrative processes.

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and confidence managing multiple priorities.
