What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven success as a Nursery Manager, achieving strong Ofsted outcomes.
  • Confident leader with excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills.
  • Deep understanding of EYFS, child development, and safeguarding practices.
  • A genuine love for nurturing children and supporting teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional early years education and care.
  • Maintain and exceed Ofsted ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ standards through strong leadership and attention to quality.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
