About the Organisation

At Real Life Options, we provide person-centred support that empowers people to live the life they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over how their care is planned and delivered. You will help the people we support to reach their potential by offering both emotional and physical support, encouraging independence, positive relationships and personal growth.

You will join a friendly, experienced team in a role where you can make a genuine difference. We are seeking committed and caring individuals with strong communication skills.

About the Service

The Attow Road service provides supported accommodation within the Southside of Glasgow. We support three adults (two males and one female) living within their own home. Individuals have a range of support needs including autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. Some people are verbal, others may communicate in alternative ways, and support is tailored to ensure everyone feels safe, respected and empowered.

The environment is homely and supportive, with a focus on promoting independence while ensuring safety and comfort throughout the night.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Night Duty Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred support during night hours. You will work both independently during lone-working periods and collaboratively as part of a small, experienced team.

Communicate clearly and professionally—excellent verbal and written skills are essential.
Use initiative and problem-solving skills during lone-working periods while remaining an effective team member.
Provide reassurance, observe wellbeing, respond to any support needs throughout the night and follow support plans.
