What You’ll Do

This is a varied and fast-paced 180 recruitment consultant role where you will:

Manage and grow a warm primary desk, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Source, interview, and place high-quality teachers and support staff.
Manage the full recruitment cycle with accuracy, organisation, and safeguarding compliance.
Conduct client visits to build new relationships and enhance service delivery.
Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture.
Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including:

Education recruitment (ideal but not essential)
Primary school experience (advantageous)
Sales, customer service, or management roles where relationship-building is key
The ideal person will:

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be confident speaking with a range of stakeholders
Have a high standard of written and spoken English
Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
Be well organised with outstanding attention to detail
Have the ability to multitask and manage a busy desk
Hold a full driving licence for essential client visits
What We Offer

£25,000–£30,000 starting salary, depending on experience
Uncapped commission with immediate earning potential
Term-time hours: 7am–5pm or 8am–6pm with on-call rota
Reduced hours in school holidays (10am–3pm)
