Summary
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lincolnshire to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Associate Corporate Hub, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary:
Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our Corporate Hub at the Customer Service Centre in Lincoln. As the first point of contact for a range of council servicesincluding Adult Care, Children's Services, Highways, Registration & Celebratory Services, Library Services, and moreyou will play a key role in delivering efficient and high-quality support to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for council services, providing information and support to residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Gather, process, and record information accurately and efficiently.
Assist with enquiries related to council housing repairs, library services, heritage enquiries, and other local services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as required.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met in all interactions.
Requirements:
Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
Experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
