Summary

Are you passionate about working with children and are eager to kickstart a rewarding career in childcare? Swift Childcare is offering an exciting opportunity where you will be earning while learning and at the end of it you will be a fully qualified Level 3 Early Years professional!

We have partnered with Holders Farm Kindergarten, an ‘Good’ Ofsted rated nursery located in Chelmsford for children aged between 2 to 4 years old. This family run nursery is looking to welcoming an apprentice to join their dedicated team who are committed to nurturing each child’s unique abilities.

- One to one guidance throughout your apprenticeship

What you will be doing:
- Working towards a L3 Early Years qualification
- Creating fun and challenging activities for children
- Supporting the learning and development of children
- Assisting with daily routines including meals, nap times and outdoor play
- Ensuring the nursery environment is safe for children
- Communicating well with other childcare professionals

To be successful in joining onto the Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship course, you will need GCSE Maths and English in grade 4 or above or an equivalent (Functional Skills level 2).
