Summary
Coldstore Loader – 7 on 7 off
Turners (Soham) Ltd are seeking to recruit Day Shift Loader to join our Cold Store Department, based at Newmarket.
Salary: £29,418.48 per annum + Overtime. All breaks paid.
Shift pattern: 7 on 7 off Day shift, 06:00-18:00 - 12 hours per shift.
Duties Include:
• Loading and unloading refrigerated trailers using ride on pallet trucks.
• Some use of warehouse management system to log stocks’ location and confirming orders for dispatch
• Working as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Completing all relevant paperwork and documentation.
• Adhering to the Health & Safety Legislation, ensuring highest level of tidiness and cleanliness.
• Other duties may include working in different areas of the company.
Skills and qualities we are looking for:
Experience with MHE would be beneficial, however full training will be provided for this role to the right candidate.
Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative.
Experience in a loading position or similar role would be advantageous.
Accuracy and numeracy are essential.
