We are seeking Experienced Bar Staff to join our team for exciting events at a prestigious locations in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-end environment!
Position Overview:
Job Title: Experienced Bar Staff
Location: Central London
Type: Event-based, Part-Time & Full-Time roles, long shifts available
Shifts: Flexible shifts are available, including lunch, and evening/night shifts on weekends and weekdays
Pay Rate: between £12.21-£13.50 per hour
Aa a Bar Staff, you are responsible for providing exceptional service during events. This is an ongoing part-time role with shifts available throughout the year, depending on the event requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve beverages to guests with speed and precision while maintaining excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with the front and back-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to health and safety standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, addressing their needs promptly
• Manage a busy and fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service
Requirements:
• Smart appearance with formal white shirt, black waistcoat, black suit trousers, black tie, and black smart shoes
• Must have previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Well-presented, punctual, and reliable individuals who take pride in their work
• Exceptional service standards, attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanor
• A positive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
