SEN Teaching Assistant – Newham

• Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP (running through the whole academic year).
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils aged 3–11 who have autism, speech & language needs, social communication difficulties, and complex learning needs.
• Join a vibrant, creative team where lessons are practical, fun, and rooted in real-life learning.
• Ongoing professional development – from SEN strategies to progression opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
• UK classroom experience (SEN background ideal).
• A caring, proactive, and resilient person who can build fantastic relationships.
• Experience or knowledge of PECS, Makaton, TEACCH, or Team Teach would be brilliant (but not essential).
• DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply).
• Someone who’s ready to start immediately and hit the ground running.
