Our 9-year-old daughter is full of life — cheeky, determined, and endlessly curious about the world around her. She’s headstrong and active, and when she forms a connection with someone, she gives her whole heart in return. Her happiest moments are when she’s on the move, exploring, playing, and experiencing new things with someone she trusts.

We’re looking for someone who can match her energy and enthusiasm — a fun, bubbly companion who also brings patience, gentleness, and understanding to help her navigate her world. You’ll be joining her on small local adventures, from trips to the park and visits to McDonald’s to time at soft play, all while keeping her safe and supported as she explores.

She isn’t a “full day out” kind of girl — her hypermobility means she tires easily — so the focus is on short, meaningful bursts of activity and fun. You’ll need to be proactive, alert, and always one step ahead, as she’s quick on her feet and loves a good dash for freedom! So bring your trainers, your energy, and your sense of humor — you’ll need all three.

Experience working with children who have complex needs and Autism is essential, as this role requires both understanding and adaptability. If you’re someone who finds joy in helping a bright, spirited child thrive, we’d love to hear from you.

- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
