You'll help build and evolve the service, drive compliance and optimisation and grow your own expertise in an encouraging, forward-thinking environment.

What you'll do

  • Building and delivering high-quality data and actionable insights to interested parties across the organisation who are accountable for software compliance, optimisation, and risk management.

  • Using Flexera One as the primary tool for software asset discovery, license tracking and reporting, supplemented by additional data sources when needed.

  • Integrating and employing data from the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accuracy and completeness of software asset records.

  • Collaborating with teams in procurement, technology, and governance to help guide informed decision-making and future planning.

  • Contribute to audit readiness and support internal and external reviews with robust data and reporting.

  • Growing the breadth of software licence reporting scope and depth.

What you'll need

Interest is sought from potential candidates already working in roles supporting software licence management and able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in software asset management, constructing and delivering actionable software licence reporting within a large enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of different software licensing models across server and client estates, Cloud and SaaS.

  • Data compilation, analysis and reporting skills.

  • Strong communication and customer engagement capabilities.

  • A growth mindset with appetite to keep learning.
