Summary
This role involves working with a Drivers mate to deliver large goods to residential properties then back to store. The type of goods you will be delivering are TV's, all furniture, gym equipment, white goods etc.
Due to the weight of the products, you are delivering you MUST be physically fit.
Upon successful application, all new drivers are subject to a driving assessment, with a subsequent induction day.
The company operate 7 days a week, you will be offered a 4 /5 day rota. Weekend work will be involved.
Shift timings are 9 am start with a finish time between 4 and 6 pm with possible overtime offered .
Pay rate - £14.50 start rate per hour.
You must have a valid full UK License, no more than 6 points on your driving license. No DD, DR or NI convictions.
We will also need to have a DBS check completed once employed so no criminal convictions at all
Probation will be a 6 month period
The right candidate will be:
• Reliable and organized
• Have good communication skills and a good level of customer service
• Be fit and healthy and able to lift heavy goods
