We’re looking for a Learning & Development Delivery Solutions Lead to collaborate with L&D colleagues to establish customer needs to source, develop and design fit for purpose L&D products in a cost-effective manner in line with the L&D strategy and meeting organisational needs and requirements.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Sourcing, designing and developing learning solutions in conformance to technical requirements, legislative changes, and customer needs.
  • Appling feedback from a range of sources to continuously improve L&D products and services.
  • Using multiple channels, approaches and suppliers to design and develop learning solutions that are cost effective and meet customer needs.
  • Supporting with drafting of effective marketing material to support the roll-out of new L&D products across DVSA, including developing a communications plan.
  • Building agreed feedback opportunities into learning products and pro-actively offer learning solutions based on feedback.
  • Hosting of Learning Products onto the LMS platform as per agreed standards.
  • Analysing of Learning Needs Analysis to inform a product specification that forms the basis for the delivery of the product.
