Summary

CNC Miller Programmer

Location: Coventry

Salary: £15–£17.50 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Hours of Work:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:45am – 4:00pm (30-minute lunch 1:00–1:30pm)

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller / Programmer to join our young, dynamic team. The role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery, predominantly Haas machines, in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Program, set, and operate CNC machines.

      
      

    • Offline programming experience essential (OneCNC preferred, training provided).

      
      

    • Produce mainly one-off components with high attention to detail.

      
      

    • Check own work using various measuring equipment (bore mic, micrometres, depth mic, etc.).

      
      

    • Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.

      
      

    • Maintain quality while working to tight deadlines.

      
      

    • Uphold excellent health and safety standards.

      
      

      requirements to be scucesful for the position:

      • Full rights to work within the UK. (No sponsorship offered)
      • Must have experience as a CNC Miller Programmer (2+ Years)
      • Haas Controls experience (Essential)
      • Previous experience programming from scratch
      • OneCNC experience (ideally - training can be given)
