Summary

£21.76 per hour | Occasional Hours | Agnes Court

Join our 24-bed service in the heart of Banbury, providing high-quality care for residents with physical and learning disabilities.

Your working hours

We offer occasional hours

You’ll need to be flexible to work 12.5 hour shifts across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

Shifts include:

Day shifts: 7am - 7.30pm
Night shifts: 7pm - 7.30am
We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

From 1 December 2025 new enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

What you’ll do

Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
Administer and manage medicines safely
Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.

NMC registered nurse (essential)
A caring, empathetic and professional approach
Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call
Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)
