Key Responsibilities
As an Admin Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the practice and work closely with our accountants and advisors. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients — handling calls, emails, and general enquiries
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting packs
Assisting with client correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintaining and updating client records, databases, and filing systems
Organising travel, events, and conferences
Supporting the preparation of financial documents, expenses, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Ensuring high standards of documentation, accuracy, and compliance across all cases
