Join Our Payroll Team at The Compleat Food Group!
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payment Transformation Administrator to join us on a 12 month fixed term
contract, based in Nottingham.
As our Payroll Transformation Administrator, you’ll be central to modernising and streamlining payroll operations, ensuring every
step of the journey is smooth and precise. Working alongside the Head of Payroll Transformation and an experienced project team,
you’ll take ownership of vital tasks including data collation, cleansing, parallel payroll preparation, and detailed
documentation. Your contribution will help drive a smarter, more efficient payroll future for the organisation.

Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm. We also offer Hybrid working.
Your Duties Will Include:
* Support the Head of Payroll Transformation with day-to-day project activities and administrative tasks.
* Collect, organise, and validate payroll-related data from multiple sites for transformation activities.
* Perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for migration.
* Assist with payroll parallel run preparation, tracking, and validation activities.
* Utilise ADP iHCM for payroll data input, extraction, and verification.
* Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes.
* Analyse and interpret data using Excel functions, including lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and pivot tables.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all payroll-related documentation and reporting.
* Work collaboratively within the project team to meet deadlines and deliverables.
* Maintain clear and organised records to support audit and compliance requirements.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrated experience working with ADP iHCM payroll systems.
* Experience working on payroll transformation, payroll migration, or similar project-based environments.
* Strong data skills, including collation, validation, and cleansing.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
* High level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a project team, managing multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear documentation.
* Experience supporting the creation and maintenance of SOPs or process documentation is desirab
