Job Purpose:Mother to three children looking to employ a Personal Assistant to support me with household tasks. Due to my health condition and depression, I need support with managing my home and keeping it to a good standard. You would help me with motivation to complete tasks and support with tasks I cannot easily complete myself.Location: Norwich, NR1

Someone who would motivate me to complete tasks.Person specificationEssential:I am looking for someone who understands people with neurodivergence.You need to be compassionate and able to support someone with anxiety.Summary terms and conditions:· The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour· Hours and times of work: 4 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for one hour from 11:00.· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.· This position requires the employee to complete the following free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, COSHH, Anxiety and Manual Handling of Objects. Post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
