Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Night Shifts | £20.40 per hour | 24 Hours per Week

What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
- Demonstrated experience in elderly or dementia care, with understanding of complex health and emotional needs.
- Confident in care planning, medication management, and safeguarding principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Committed to professional growth and maintaining high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred nursing care, including medication administration, wound management, and clinical assessments.
- Develop, review, and update detailed care plans, risk assessments, and dietary plans to meet residents’ individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain the highest care standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and regulatory requirements.
- Promote residents’ holistic well-being through empathy, communication, and ongoing support.
- Stay informed about clinical best practices and uphold CQC and NMC standards at all times.
