We are seeking a Front of House Coordinator to join our workplace experience team and play a pivotal role in shaping a vibrant, welcoming environment.
As an ambassador of exceptional service, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.
Job Description
In this role, you will actively seek opportunities to improve onsite service delivery, implement new initiatives aligned with the ISS Global Strategy, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
You will own the customer touchpoint journey, ensuring seamless service and a 5-star experience that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary ambassador for workplace experience, delivering exceptional service at all times.
Own and manage the customer touchpoint journey, ensuring user-centric concepts are implemented.
Build strong relationships with clients and ISS employees, becoming a trusted partner.
Raise and manage helpdesk tickets for FOH tasks, collaborating with teams to close tasks promptly.
Conduct site audits and identify opportunities to enhance service provision.
Ensure all FOH KPIs are met and training for SOPs and compliance checks is completed regularly.
Support events and handle client personal requests such as printing, mobile recharging, and presentations.
Answer calls and enquiries professionally, redirecting as necessary and maintaining high standards of courtesy.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous experience in corporate, hospitality, or customer service environments.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with systems.
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Motivated, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
