You'll handle higher-value and more technical cases, carry out detailed liability investigations, and play a key role in maintaining quality across the team.
What You'll Be Doing: Senior Third Party Claims Handler
Managing a caseload of complex Third Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims
Leading on liability enquiries and making confident, evidence-based decisions
Handling high-value losses and more contentious files
Liaising with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies
Identifying, investigating, and escalating potential fraud
Supporting team members with knowledge sharing and technical guidance
Delivering a consistently high level of service to all parties
What You'll Need: Senior Third Party Claims Handler
Minimum 2 years motor claims experience (Third Party or Credit Hire essential)
Proven experience handling complex or high-value TPVD/TPPD files
Strong investigative skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
CII Certificate (or willingness to complete it with full support)
GCSE English & Maths (C/4 or above) or equivalent
