Support worker position in West Yorkshire - Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Dewsbury, Mirfield, Halifax, Brighouse

Are you an experienced and compassionate Support Worker with at least 6 months of UK-based experience? Are you looking for a new opportunity where you can truly make a difference and help make people's lives more meaningful?

The Role

This position involves providing support to individuals with complex and challenging behaviours within both male and female wards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety, well being, and dignity of patients while promoting positive behaviour and independence.

Applicants must have a minimum of 6 month's experience working as a Support Worker, including previous experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

  • You have at least 6 months experience as a support worker and are able to provide 3 years of employment referencing
  • Preferably someone who can drive but not a must.
