Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.

  • Assist in the coordination and management of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.

  • Support the implementation of operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency.

  • Respond to internal and external enquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with reporting requirements.

  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

  • Support project activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in the organisation of meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative support role.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (desirable).

  • Experience with data management systems and reporting tools (advantageous).

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
