This growing FMCG company based in Central London is renowned for their outstanding products and uncompromising approach. The company has been growing constantly and is looking for an Innovative Transactional Finance Manager to lead and drive change through their finance function.
Your new role
The client is looking to attract the services of an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to lead their AP and AR functions in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive process excellence, system enhancements and team development within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. Core responsibilities include:
> Lead and manage the AP / AR teams, ensuring efficient and customer-focused service reporting and delivery.
> Review processes / procedures, driving efficiencies across the function.
> Champion a culture of continuous improvement and openness to change across finance.
> Coach and develop a team of Finance Assistants (including those overseas)
What you'll need to succeed
> Candidates must have been involved in at least two system implementations and driving operational excellence
> Strong understanding of AP / AR best practices and financial controls.
> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
> High attention to detail and strong numeracy.
> Previous line management experience.
