About the Role
My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service professional to join a busy team on a night shift basis. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring independence and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Manage logistics-related enquiries and coordinate with carriers and third-party providers.
- Monitor and respond to emails in the shared inbox.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and operational teams.
- Work independently during night hours to maintain service standards.
Requirements
- Essential: Previous experience in plant or machine hire industry.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with remote working and occasional travel to Manchester (rare).
- Proficient in handling multiple queries and prioritising tasks effectively.
