Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Tessa Jowell Health Centre, Dulwich
Department: Supply Chain
Salary Grade: £30,500 - £32,300 per annum + up to 12% bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
KFM is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Supply Chain Coordinator professional to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting world-class patient care across one of the UK’s leading NHS
Foundation Trusts.
Role Overview:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth running of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) service, supporting material
management teams and helping clinical departments receive the right goods at the right time. You'll help streamline processes,
spot trends, standardise products and work collaboratively with both internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing and checking purchase requisitions and orders
* Ensuring compliance with Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs)
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
* Helping reduce product variation and improve catalogue compliance
* Supporting materials management teams with stock, receipts and order expediting
* Using reporting tools to track supplier performance and overdue orders
* Working closely with clinical teams to ensure urgent purchasing needs are met
* Supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain
What We’re Looking For:
* Good Maths & English
* Experience in a customer service or procurement environment
* Understanding of procure-to-pay systems
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook and Word)
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
* A team player with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
* Experience within the NHS or public sector is desirable
