Summary
Contribute to occupational therapy assessments e.g. Activity of DailyLiving Assessments (ADL) and treatment plans under the guidanceof an Occupational Therapist. Under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, provide a range ofactivities, instructing and guiding clients with more complex needs tosupport them in achieving identified occupational therapy goals. To carry out community/home visits as directed by an OccupationalTherapist and report on the outcome. To actively promote service user driven O.T interventions within arecovery approach.
