Summary
Lightwater Village School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wrap Around Play Leader to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis, working Monday to Friday 2.30pm – 6pm.Your opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the wrap around provision at Lightwater Village School, creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for our children. As Play Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running and long-term development of the provision, planning engaging activities, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring high standards of care. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives within a supportive and collaborative school environment.
What we are looking for
Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
Level 3 childcare qualification (desirable)Up-to-date Safeguarding training
Ability to build positive relationships with children and encourage engaging, inclusive play
Strong organisational and time management skills
Friendly, approachable, and resilient with a supportive team spirit
