This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well-established Business Support Team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work within Parking Business Support. You will be providing administrative support and provide high quality customer service to our customers and businesses.

The successful applicant will ideally have customer service experience and good IT experience, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

The role requires you to work closely with the parking team to develop and manage recording and reporting processes, allocate ad-hoc work requests; liaise with customers; generate reports; answer queries; respond to appeals, manage the inboxes, issue permits and other various tasks. This role requires organisation, enthusiasm and dedication to take responsibility for a demanding and critical function.
