We are now seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing sites.

The Role

As our Lean Leader, you will be the catalyst for change, embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the value stream team. You will lead initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimise processes, ensuring we remain competitive in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across manufacturing operations
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from concept to implementation
• Coach and mentor teams to embed a culture of problem-solving and innovation
• Monitor performance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align improvement initiatives with strategic goals

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow essential/Green desirable)
• Level 3 Improvement Technician
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business
