Summary
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow patient inquiries, referrals, and brand visibility.
2. Manage the organization’s brand, ensuring messaging is ethical, compliant, and sensitive to mental-health topics.
3. Oversee digital marketing, including website content, SEO, online ads, and social media campaigns.
4. Build relationships with referral sources such as GPs, hospitals, schools, social workers, and community organizations.
5. Create educational content (blogs, brochures, newsletters, webinars) promoting mental-health awareness and services.
6. Coordinate community outreach programs, workshops, and mental-health events.
7. Analyze patient-acquisition data, referral trends, and campaign performance to guide strategy.
8. Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, confidentiality standards, and advertising rules.
9. Manage marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, creative agencies, and timelines.
