Care Assistant – Night Shifts
Are you a kind and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We are currently looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team at Ferndene Care Home in Gainsborough.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity are maintained. If you’re caring by nature and committed to delivering high standards, we’d love to hear from you.
About Ferndene Care Home:
Ferndene Care Home is located in Gainsborough (DN21) and provides residential and nursing care for older adults and individuals living with dementia. Our dedicated team work closely with residents and their families to create a warm, supportive environment where person-centred care and dignity are at the heart of everything we do.
Position Details:
Rate of Pay: In line with the national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ Levels 2 and 3
Shift Times: 19:45-08:00 - 3 nights per week
Location: Park Springs Road, Gainsborough, DN21 (Please consider travel times, especially on weekends, before applying)
Sponsorship: We are currently unable to offer sponsorship

Provide person-centred care and support for daily living activities

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
