Mae Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid Conwy yn chwilio am unigolyn brwdfrydig a phrofiadol sydd wedi ymrwymo i wella cyfleoedd ar gyfer pobl ifanc 11 i 25 oed.


Rydym yn chwilio am Weithiwr Ieuenctid proffesiynol i helpu datblygu a darparu’r mentrau allweddol canlynol:


Hyrwyddo’r Gymraeg a Diwylliant Cymru mewn lleoliadau cymunedol ac ysgol.
darparu rhaglenni yn canolbwyntio ar ddiogelwch digidol yn y gymuned ac yr ysgol.
Rhoi strategaethau marchnata effeithiol ar waith er mwyn hyrwyddo ein gwasanaethau a dathlu’r Gymraeg yn eang.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn cydweithio gyda’n tîm croesawgar ac ymrwymedig i wella ein cynnig ar bynciau yn seiliedig ar faterion, yn canolbwyntio ar ddarparu pobl ifanc gyda chyfleoedd dysgu anffurfiol hwyliog a rhyngweithiol. Bydd yr holl weithgareddau yn alinio gyda Strategaeth Gwaith Ieuenctid Cymru a’r Pum Piler Gwaith Ieuenctid.
Bydd y swydd hon yn cynnig cyfle i weithio’n agos gydag amryw o adrannau mewnol ac allanol o fewn Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy, yn ogystal â’r sector ysgol a sefydliadau gwirfoddol, i fodloni anghenion pobl ifanc yn y rhanbarth. Bydd angen i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus weithio ar draws Sir Conwy a bydd yn rhan o dîm angerddol sydd eisoes yn darparu mentrau ledled y sir.

Work base: Coed Pella/Hybrid



Conwy Youth Service is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual who is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for young people aged 11 to 25 years.


We are looking for a professional Youth Worker to help develop and deliver the following key initiatives:


Promoting the Welsh language and culture in community and school settings.
Delivering programs focused on digital safety in both community and school environments.
Implementing effective marketing strategies to widely promote our services and celebrate the Welsh language.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our dedicated and welcoming team to enhance our issue-based topic offerings, focusing on providing young people with fun and interactive informal learning opportunities. All activities will align with the Youth Work Strategy for Wales and the Five Pillars of Youth Work.



This position will offer the opportunity to work closely with various internal and external departments within Conwy County Borough Council, as well as the school sector and voluntary organisations, to meet the needs of young people in the region. The successful candidate will be required to work throughout Conwy County and will be part of a passionate team already delivering countywide initiatives.



This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
