About the role
You’ll support adults with complex disabilities in their own homes, helping them live independently and enjoy meaningful experiences. From personal care and medication to planning fun activities like swimming, karaoke, arts & crafts, and trips out—you’ll be part of creating joyful moments every day.
About the service
Our Finglassie Service consists of two modern, purpose-built bungalows with spacious communal areas and private bedrooms. We support eight individuals with unique needs, including visual/hearing impairments, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and more. Every support plan is person-centred, focusing on dignity, independence, and happiness.
What you’ll do
>Provide daily living support (personal care, medication, meal prep)
>Organise and join activities—swimming, music, arts, outings
>Work closely with families and professionals
>Keep accurate records and follow individual plans
Shift patterns This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is key. Shifts include:
>Early & late shifts
>Sleepovers & wakened nights
>Weekends & public holidays
(Driver and a willingness to drive a work vehicle is desirable but not essential.)
